Option # 2:

Managing your bookings can be difficult. We can help you with that process. After you have confirmed your initial booking, we can take over the process for you.

We will send codes and directions for check-in as well as answer any questions the guests may have.  The on island contact option 1 is also included for this rate of $300.00 per month plus GE tax.  

Option # 1:

This is a great option for owners who want to pay per booking. This option is great for owners who book their units only once in a while. This option is a great way to check up on your regular staff.

 We leave a welcome gift for your guests to enjoy. The guests are instructed to call us for any issues that may arise during their stay.

This is a great way to provide professional contact to your guests and for you not to receive that early morning or late night call. 

​We go in behind your guests to check for excessive wear and tear. We will send you pictures or contact you directly from the unit.

We will take as many calls as necessary from your guests to make sure that their stay is as enjoyable as possible.
